Supporting Experienced Faculty on Videoconferencing Pedagogy Through Videoconferencing Mediated Mentoring

Abstract: Faculty mentoring in higher education aims to scaffold mentee to adjust to the new work setting, build social relations with others, and improve instructional skills in the same physical environment.
