Supporting the career development of Black adults during the COVID‐19 pandemic

Abstract: In this pilot study, Black adults (N = 15) in a large Midwestern city who were economically impacted by the pandemic completed three career development webinars. The study examined how completing three career development webinars improved participants' perceptions of career search efficacy and helped participants progress toward their career development goals.
