Abstract: BACKGROUNDLaryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation results in physiological changes of various body systems like heart rate and blood pressure in cardiovascular system. For attenuating the hyperdynamic cardiovascular response to tracheal intubation, numerous trials with many drugs were undertaken.
