Surgeons’ Perception to Needle Stick Injuries and Transmission of Blood Borne Viral Infections

Abstract: Objective: Needle stick injuries (NSIs) are common amongst surgeons with a potential risk of transmission of blood-borne pathogens particularly HBV, HCV and HIV.
