Surgical revascularization for multivessel disease in patients with acute coronary syndromes

Abstract: Background: The preferred surgical revascularization strategy for patients with acute coronary syndromes and multivessel coronary artery disease is uncertain. We evaluated the outcomes of patients with acute coronary syndrome and multivessel disease managed with coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).
