Abstract: Objective Li-Fraumeni syndrome (LFS) is a pan-cancer predisposition syndrome caused by germline pathogenic variants in the gene TP53. The interpretation of TP53 variants in clinical scenarios outside the classic LFS criteria may be challenging.
