The covid-19 pandemic has had a crucial impact on the agricultural sector in the world and in particular the agricultural sector in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out how the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has had an on the Indonesian agricultural sector and how the Indonesian agricultural sector can adapt to this impact. In this research, the authors used primary data from 2013 to 2022 with data from twelve ministries, institutions, and provincial governments in Indonesia. Also, the author uses secondary data that comes from articles, books, and other credible sources. The author uses an adaptive capacity approach in analyzing the development of the Indonesian agricultural sector in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. Based on the author's qualitative research analysis, the Indonesian agricultural sector can adapt well in the covid-19 pandemic era by having high resilience, as well as anticipated vulnerabilities. Also, the covid-19 pandemic has actually provided the new potential for the Indonesian agricultural sector. The author proposes five initiatives to ensure the long-term sustainability of Indonesia's agricultural sector.

The proliferation of COVID-19 has led to a decline in commercial operations and economic performance, along with a shrinkage in output. Globally, the agricultural sector appears to be more resilient to pandemic-induced disruptions. This sector tends to have a more stable demand compared to industrial goods. Utilizing datasets spanning from 2013 to 2022, sourced from seven different Indonesian governmental departments, we evaluate the influence of fluctuations in agricultural output on the real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Indonesia. Our findings reveal that the impacts are fairly consistently dispersed across all four financial quarters, suggesting that any lockdown measures affecting agriculture could have prolonged ramifications on the country’s GDP. Despite its resilience, the agricultural sector faced significant operational hurdles due to production cutbacks, market and border closures, and canceled transactions. Additionally, the financial accessibility for farmers was compromised due to the economic downturn. However, our qualitative analysis indicates that the COVID-19 situation has also unearthed new growth avenues for Indonesia’s agriculture. These include the acceleration and broadening of digital transformation, market expansion for exported goods, and an influx of both skilled and unskilled labor. In light of these findings, we put forth five strategic recommendations aimed at ensuring the long-term sustainability of Indonesia’s agricultural sector.

Purpose: This study investigates the mediating effect of fraud prevention and sustainable development goals (SDGs) on the relationship between Continuous Monitoring (CM) and Continuous Auditing (CA) on the reputation of government organizations. This idea was tested using a quantitative methodology in this study. Theoretical framework: Continuous monitoring, continuous auditing, fraud prevention, sustainable development goals, reputation Design/Methodology/Approach: The research instrument was a questionnaire filled out by the respondents. Participants in this study were all employees of the Inspectorate of Banten Province, Indonesia. For this study, 120 participants were selected using proportional stratification sampling, and data were analyzed using a structural equation model (SEM). Findings: This study found that CM had a positive and statistically significant effect on fraud prevention but did not affect the SDGs. Furthermore, CA does not affect fraud prevention but statistically affects the SDGs. In addition, fraud prevention has a statistical effect on the SDGs and the reputation of government agencies. The SDGs have a positive and significant effect on the reputation of government agencies. The mediating effect caused by fraud prevention and SDGs is that fraud prevention mediates the relationship between CM and reputation and CM and SDGs but does not mediate between CA and reputation and CA and SDGs. While the SDGs mediate between CA and reputation but do not mediate between CM and reputation. Research, Practical & Social implications: In further research, in order to conduct a broader research with other objects. The research is expected to be used for all companies. Originality/Value: This research proposes a novelty study that analyzes how fraud prevention and SDGs can mediate CM and CA on reputation.
