“…HIRs are often considered as environmentally benign alternatives to various chemical oxidants, especially the highly toxic heavy-metal oxidizers, i.e., Pb(IV), Hg(II), and Tl(III) reagents ( Yoshimura and Zhdankin, 2016 ; Takenaga et al, 2020 ).
