The robust H pinning synchronization issue for a class of chaotic nonlinear complex networks under the external interference is investigated in this paper. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, several synchronization criteria are proposed to ensure synchronization via pinning control with a guaranteed H performance index. Moreover, the control gains of designed controllers can be achieved via the feasible solutions of LMIs. Finally, numerical simulations are illustrated to verify the proposed pinning scheme.
