Synchronized Breathing with Pelvic Floor Contractions Expands Maximum Voluntary Ventilation in Young Soccer Players

Abstract: The intention of this investigation was to decide the most significant exercise intervention in enhancing maximum voluntary ventilation in young male soccer players.
