Abstract:In this article, we describe the diagnosis and surgical treatment of synovial sarcoma within the right thigh of a 25-year-old male. Our article aims to demonstrate successful treatment through wide local excision and rotation flap reconstruction, emphasizing the noteworthiness of comprehensive surgical planning and postoperative care.
