Synthese und halbleitereigensehaften einiger komplexe und der aus ihnen hergestellten Polymeren. Teil 3. Polymere mit hemiporphyrazinartiger struktur

Abstract

Polymere mit hemiporphyrazinartiger Struktur wurden durch Reaktion von einigen tetracyanverbindungen, wie z. B. Tetracyanbenzol und schwefelhaltigen Komplexen, die vier Nitrilgruppen enthalten, mit 2.6‐Diaminopyridin und teilweise auch mit p‐Phenylendiamin bei höherer Temperature unter Ammoniakabspaltung hergestellt. Die Struktur der schwarzen, unlöslichen Polymeren wurde durch Elementaranalyse und IR‐Spektren erschlossen. Die Polymeren zeigen Leitfähigkeiten zwischen 2,3·10−4 und 7,2·10−14 Ohm−1cm−1. Selbstkondensation von 2.5‐Diaminodicyanthiophen ohne und mit CuCl2 führte zu schwarzen Polymeren mit Leitfähigkeiten ⩽ 7, 1·10−3 Ohm−1cm−1.
