Synthesis and antibacterial activity studies in vitro of indirubin-3′-monoximes

Abstract: In this work, based on the unique scaffold of indirubin, we synthesized 29 indirubin-3′-monoximes and preliminarily evaluated their antibacterial activities, especially against S. aureus.
