Abstract:Сhitosan derivatives, in particular, ascorbate chitosan and nanoascorbate chitosan, which are not toxic to the environment and have bactericidal, growth-promoting and antifungal properties, are the subject of great interest in the world. Modern scientific literature has been studied, highlighting the preparation and physicochemical properties of these derivatives of chitosan. The optimal synthesis conditions were determined by ionotropic gelation of nanoascorbate chitosan as a cost-effective one. For the first… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
