Crystals are monoclinic, space groupP2,/c, with a = 28.1 23 (9), b = 8.400 (5), c = 25.290(8) A, p = 11 4.72(2)" and Z = 8. “…The same assembly reaction, when performed with H2Se in place of H2Te, has been found to yield the stellated octahedron-like cluster [Fe6Se8(PEt3)6]PF6 2,$ analogous to ?-H2Te was produced by reaction of HCI (as) and A12Te3 in the dark, at 273 K. that previously reported for H2S. 4 The magnetic susceptibilities of the two complexes, which have satisfactory elemental analyses, were measured in the solid state using a Faraday balance at 293 K, and the calculated magnetic moments (peff for cluster) were 6.8 and 7.8 pB for 1 and 2 respectively.…”
