“…IR spectral study of (1) and (2) revealed the presence of characteristic amidic carbonyl absorption bands at 1661 and 1672 cm −1 ; however, azomethine group absorption bands appeared at 1589 and 1606 cm −1 , respectively [ 27 , 28 ]. In addition, strong absorption bands of ν (N-N) appeared at 1087 and 1072 cm −1 .…”

“…2,3‐Dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐one (DHQ) is an important class of heterocyclic moiety present in the many pharmaceuticals, bio‐active natural products, and synthetic drugs and used as an important precursor for the synthesis of many quinazoline derivatives. DHQ derivatives are evaluated as potent and selective tankyrase inhibitors,Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase inhibitors (BTK), anticancer, analgesic and anti‐inflammatory reagents,[4] and “turn‐off” fluorescence sensors for detection of Cu 2+ ions [5]. Moreover, DHQ derivatives can be easily converted to quinazolinone and quinazoline and used as a starting material in many heterocyclic compounds of medicinal importance.…”

“…Os compostos de coordenação deste metal têm sido bastante investigados (Kumar & Kaur, 2011), onde a composição, a estrutura do complexo de cobre e suas propriedades fotoquímicas são fundamentais para compreender os mecanismos de reação que ocorrem entre o íon metálico e o ligante livre (Sýkora, 1997;Hu et al, 1998;Chavan et al, 2011;Fan et al, 2012;Li et al 2012).…”
