Abstract:We report the first demonstration of synthesis of high quality graphene using Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) as solid carbon source. Graphene are formed on samples with different structures after high temperature annealing and subsequent cooling down. New sample structures are used first time in this work. High quality single layer/bilayer graphene Raman spectra are obtained.
