et al.

Abstract: Development of new non‐toxic pigments of a wide range of applications (from coloring of bone cements to aesthetic cosmetology, including tattooing) of blue and green shades is an urgent task. In the present work, colored compounds with apatite structure were synthesized by solid‐phase method. The obtained products were crystallized in hexagonal syngony of P63/m space group. The alloying elements – chromophores Mn5+ and Cr5+ in tetrahedrally coordinated positions – were responsible for sky‐blue and turquoise co… Show more

“…In this spectrum, an absorption band is observed near 315 nm, which is attributed to charge transfer from oxygen ions to manganese orbitals. 26 Additionally, an intense absorption band is observed around 650 nm, corresponding to Mn 5+ 3 A 2 – 3 T 1 spin-allowed transition. 27 Furthermore, the photograph of as-obtained BPCl:Mn 5+ NPs is shown in the Fig.…”

“…8,25 Furthermore, the absorption band of MnO 4 3− at 700–870 cm −1 aligns with the literature findings. 17,26 Fig. 2d depicts the Raman spectra measured from 100 to 2500 cm −1 , showing a prominent peak at 888 cm −1 attributed to MnO 4 3− incorporation.…”
