Synthetic Aperture Inversion for Statistically Nonstationary Target and Clutter Scenes

Abstract: We introduce a class of nonstationary stochastic processes suitable for modeling nonstationary radar targets and clutter. This class of processes can be characterized by pseudodifferential operators driven by the Wiener process.
