Abstract:Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most frequent subtype of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Serine and arginine-rich splicing factors (SRSF) family is an important splicing regulator and plays vital roles in RNA nuclear transportation and RNA stability.
