Systematic Approach to Selecting and Preparing a Medical Power of Attorney in the Gynecologic Oncology Center

Abstract: PURPOSE: Advance care planning (ACP) supports national priorities of patient engagement, person-centered care, and safety. A systematic approach is uncommon in most care settings.
