The object of research is the process of searching and analyzing images of raster graphics. In the context of this work, the problem of the lack of an effective and fast procedure for determining the similarity of images was solved. The technology for improving the construction of a software tool for determining the similarity of raster graphics images by devising a procedure for determining the similarity of images using a hash code that corresponds to all variants of the image, regardless of size and aspect ratio, is reported. The image features of raster graphics were systematized. A procedure for determining the similarity of images using a hash code is proposed. This procedure makes it possible to process all possible variants of the image, regardless of the size and aspect ratio. The resulting indicator of the proposed procedure is the value of the hash codes. It is proposed to use the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic by introducing linguistic variables to estimate the similarity index. A comparison of the numerical values of similarity, obtained on the basis of the use of information systems, and the linguistic values revealed in the survey process was carried out. Threshold values were obtained that make it possible to assess the degree of similarity of the images. Based on the proposed algorithm, a prototype of the information system for determining the similarity of images of raster graphics has been designed. As a result of the calculation of the numerical characteristics of the improvement of the technology of constructing a software tool for determining the similarity of images of raster graphics, the value of the precision indicators was approximately 0.89 and the completeness was 0.8. The advantage of the proposed technology for determining the similarity of images over known analog technologies is illustrated by the amount of RAM of the developed software, which is 210 MB

Smart Card adalah kartu pintar yang pada salah satu penggunaannya memakai konektivitas nirkabel RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan smart card berbasis RFID dan proses implementasinya pada E-Parking System. Pada pembuatan smart card, memerlukan empat bahan pokok, yaitu : PVC Lembaran, Tinta UV, Inlay RFID, dan PP Lembaran, keempat bahan itu akan di proses dengan melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain : pra cetak, cetak, pasca cetak dan personalisasi smart card. sehingga terbentuklah smart card. Sebelum digunakan, smart card memerlukan proses implementasi pada E-Parking System, smart card berbasis RFID akan di implementasi melalui software yang terhubung dengan mesin parkir, proses ini menggunakan software Medicom Parking System V 2.52 dan assign card dengan card reader yang diterapkan di RS Zahirah. Smart Card berbasis RFID ini sudah melalui uji coba pada mesin E-Parking untuk membuktikan smart card dapat bekerja dengan baik. Dapat disimpulkan dari penilitian ini, smart card jenis contactless card merupakan jenis smart card yang memakai konektivitas nirkabel RFID yang banyak digunakan diberbagai bidang termasuk sistem parkir ini. Penggunaan smart card pada sistem parkir seharusnya sudah dapat dimanfaatkan di seluruh instansi agar lebih memudahkan civitas pada suatu instansi.

The Workflow system is an effective solution to the task of optimizing information flow in the electronic publishing system, which can reduce the number of errors and optimize the process of publishing articles. The purpose of this article was to create a methodology for developing an information site for web publishing. To achieve the goal of the research, scientific methods of generalization, classification, deduction and analysis were used. A problem-solving tree has also been created. The ultimate goal of overcoming this problem is the development of an information site with Workflow support. The study outlines the general structure of sections and subdivisions of the information site. In the context of this article, a methodology was developed to support the process of publishing articles on an information site based on the use of a modern content management system. For this purpose, the key criteria for a basic decision-making model for choosing a content management system were proposed and a rating of free content management systems was given. As a result of the analysis of the proposed criteria, it was concluded that the Joomla tool environment should be used to support web publishing processes. The paper compares the components of the Workflow organization on the information site. An algorithm for selecting a component for organizing the Workflow has been created. In order to create a site with Workflow support for publishing articles, the stages of development were planned, a list of criteria, based on which the development should be carried out, was proposed and a structural diagram for creating such site was given. The limitations of the created methodology for the development of an information site, which may arise in the process of practical implementation and adoption of relevant management decisions, are considered. The practical result of the work is recommendations for web developers to create an information site with Workflow support for publishing articles
