Abstract: BACKGROUND Multicentric reticulohistiocytosis (MRH)/systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) overlap syndrome is an uncommon disease in the clinic and is diagnosed through characteristic clinical manifestations, histopathology, and immunopathology.
