Systems-level properties of EGFR/Ras/ERK signalling amplify local signals to generate gene expression plasticity

Abstract: The EGFR/Ras/ERK signalling pathway is a driver of cancer cell proliferation and metastasis in tumours that exhibit high cell-to-cell heterogeneity.
