Systolic left ventricular dysfunction in patients with clinically suspected myocarditis

Abstract: The aim of the study was to investigate the features of clinically suspected myocarditis complicated by the left ventricular systolic dysfunction development. 93 patients with clinically suspected myocarditis were examined.
