Abstract: IgG4-related disease is a multiorgan immunological fibroinflammatory disorder characterized by lymphoplasmacytic infiltration and fibrosis in multiple organs accompanied by high serum IgG4 levels. The salivary glands are the most common organs involved in this disease.
