Tacrolimus therapy in moderate to subacute ulcerative proctocolitis: a large single-centre cohort study

Abstract: In line with UK and European guidelines, tacrolimus can be beneficial for refractory UC. With appropriate monitoring, it appears treatment can be continued safely long term.
