Talking control sessions in people with advanced cancer: a qualitative analysis of sessions

Abstract: Background Talking control (TC) was developed to control for the common factors in therapy so that the specific effects of therapy can be tested. A TC was recently used in a pilot study of Acceptance and Commitment therapy for dysfunction in people with advanced cancer.
