Abstract: Poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) is basically biocompatible polyester with high resistance to chemical hydrolysis, and high drug permeability and the most important characteristics of PMMA is that it does not produce any toxicity. “…In this study, the cancerous and normal (healthy) cell line including the respective human colorectal carcinoma (HCT-116) and embryonic kidney (HEK-293) cells were used to evaluate the anti-cancerous activity of various MOSs extracts on these cells.
