Abstract: This study investigated the therapeutic potential of a manganese dioxide-polymer dot (MnO2-PD)-incorporated hydrogel, designated as M-PD hydrogel, for modulating reactive oxygen species (ROS) within the osteoarthritis (OA) environment.
