Abstract:ALI(acute lung injury) is a severe respiratory dysfunction caused by various intrapulmonary and extrapulmonary factors. It is primarily characterized by oxidative stress and affects the integrity of the pulmonary barrier. In severe cases, ALI can progress to ARDS(acute respiratory distress syndrome), a condition that poses a serious threat to the lives of affected patients.
