Targeting the High Affinity Receptor, FcγRI, in Autoimmune Disease, Neuropathy, and Cancer
Abstract:cytotoxicity/phagocytosis (ADCC/ADCP) [1,2]. As many FcRs are mostly expressed on innate immune cells [3], they serve as a vital connection between the cellular and humoral parts of the immune system, connecting antigenspecific interactions of antibodies to nonspecific effector mechanisms of FcR-bearing cells.
