TaTME: Present and Future Perspectives?

Abstract: Transanal total mesorectal excision (TaTME) is a new procedure developed to overcome the specific difficulties posed by rectal surgery, especially in narrow pelvis, male, and obese patients, and can be used in benign and malignant pathologies.
