Teaching professional development at university: a perspective from leadership

Abstract: Abstract:This paper shows the results from a study on a teaching professional development project which has involved many teachers at the University of Alicante (Spain). The project main objective is to promote a change in the teaching professional culture. The findings indicate that it has been widely disseminated within the University and has succeeded in transforming the teachers' attitudes.
