Team Role Experience and Orientation Dimensions in Predicting Team Performance in a Spaceship Bridge Simulation

Abstract: Team roles have been suggested to be a key predictor of team performance metrics, however, there is little research in this area. We introduce a structural equation model of the relationship between team composition as measured by Team Role Experience and Orientation (TREO) dimensions and team performance metrics in a co-operative spaceship simulation game.
