Abstract:Modern high-temperature materials designed to radio-engineering systems protecting from external influences are considered. The obtaining possibility of radio-transparent ceramic, consists of Willemite and Slavsonite, at a temperature of 1200 °C has been studied. It is shown that the obtained ceramic materials satisfy the radio-transparent materials requirements by dielectric characteristics (ε < 10, tgδ = 10–2 ÷ 10–4). It was established that to preserve the concomitant phases of Hannite and Zincite, which… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
