Technological Justice and Job Satisfaction: Structural Equation Modeling

Abstract: Technological justice (henceforth, TechJ), as the reference work entry in hand defines, is the one's perceptions about the fairness of using technological tools intended for work purposes and its sustainability. Concerning the latter, it expresses the ability of one to maintain at a certain level of using those tools (the ability to keep up with the changes).
