Telehealth to increase access to transplant survivorship care for allogeneic stem cell transplant recipients regardless of distance to transplant center or neighborhood income.

Abstract: e13615 Background: Transplant Survivorship Clinic at our institution serves to improve outcomes and overall health of allogeneic transplant survivors. The COVID19 pandemic allowed for growth of telemedicine in our program.
