Abstract:INTRODUCTION. Overactive bladder syndrome is caused by many factors including obesity, insulin resistance and poor dietary habits. Since it is a chronic disease and needs time to be treated, introducing telepilates in addition to Mediterranean diet would encourage better adherence and results to the treatment program.
