Temperature and magnetic field effect on the thermodynamic properties of 2DEG

Abstract: A numerical calculation of the temperature and magnetic field dependence of the specific heat capacity, the magnetization, and the chemical potential is carried out. Of particular interest are the properties of the energy of a magnetic field in a two-dimensional electron gas exposed to a magnetic field.
