Abstract:Photoluminescent analysis of HfO2 doped with Eu3+, as a function of temperature is reported. Samples were synthesized by hydrothermal method at 200 °C of temperature and 120 minutes of reaction time, using chlorides as raw materials. The HfO2 was doped with trivalent europium ions (Eu3+) at concentrations 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 % atomic.
