Abstract:Background
Upper eyelid retraction may develop due to various neurogenic, myogenic, and mechanistic causes. Although the development of lagophthalmus after rhinoplasty has been described in the literature, upper eyelid retraction after uncomplicated rhinoplasty has not been reported before.
