Abstract: BACKGROUNDVentral Hernia repair remains one of the most commonly performed surgical procedure. Operations for ventral hernia were notorious, because of high failure rate. With continued improvement of the materials and operative procedure, there is decrease in morbidity and overall recurrence rate.
