TERT polymorphisms rs2853669, rs2736100, rs7726159 and rs10069690 and the risk of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in ethnical Russians

Abstract: Telomere length could be one of the risk factors for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. We studied the association of four functional single nucleotide polymorphisms rs2853669, rs2736100, rs7726159 and rs10069690 in the TERT gene that encodes telomerase reverse transcriptase with the risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in ethnical Russians.
