Test Scheduling of Core Based System-on-Chip Using Modified Ant Colony Optimization

Abstract: A System-on-Chip (SoC) is an integrated circuit that combines various electronic components in a single die. The SoC components mostly involve user-defined logic, embedded memories, analog, digital and mixed-signal blocks. The testing of an SoC for manufacturing defects is an important task due to IC design complexity, further, it also affects the final cost of the chip. Due to the high complexity involved in SoC test scheduling, various techniques were suggested to reduce the testing time. This paper introduc… Show more

“…On the way to defeat these problem supplementary circuits and composite controlling strategy has presented. The resonant switched capacitor converter is developed in this paper [13], which minimizes the capacitor voltage unbalance issues, drawbacks in amplify system as bulky, pricey and difficulty lacking the remaining advantage of self-voltage boost ability.…”

“…6 (b) denotes the zinc electrode (cathode), in which lower adhesion of the biolayer is observed. This may be due to the fact that the cathode receives and does not generate electrons (Tamakloe et al, 2015), and the thickness variations may be due to the reduction of the material but not due to oxidation (Meignanalakshmi and Kumar, 2016) or failures in the manufacture of the electrical circuit (Gokul et al, 2019). The pure microorganism cultures obtained on day 28 yielded gram-positive bacilli identified as Brevibaciullus laterosporus by the VITEK-2 system, as well as Candida boidini, as identified by the API 20C AUX system.…”

“…MFCs use organic substances as substrates (fuel) by converting chemical energy into electrical energy supported by catalytic reactions involving microorganisms (Rahimnejad et al, 2015). These values of electricity generated by the MFCs can be used in integrated circuits for future simulations with algorithms (Gokul et al, 2020;Gokul et al, 2019).…”
