Testing and Validation of Nuclear Fuel Composition Using SIMS Method

Abstract: Correct mathematical models of a reactor core in benchmarking of reactor physics experiments require detailed knowledge of exact isotopic composition of fuel pellets, especially the presence of neutron absorbers.
