“…It follows from Table 2 that the increase in the efficiency of attracting talents (x 1 , x 2 ) strongly influences such economic results as the increase in the number of employees and the value of fixed assets of enterprises (y 3 , y 5 ). According to the relevant recommendations (Babiarz et al, 2020;Hussin et al, 2014), such a relation is estimated as average -within the correlation coefficient values of 0.4-0.59. In terms of talent retention (x 3 , x 4 ), the correlation relationships with the results are somewhat lower and insufficient to conclude that there are significant or even moderate relationships.…”

“…In this regard, since the appearance of one of the most famous scientific papers in this field, the existing approaches to security assessment, to some extent, take into account the components that characterize security in an 'objective sense' (absence of threats) and in a 'subjective sense' (absence of fear) (Wolfers, 1962). The creation of appropriate state-funded and non-state financial supporting funds is the main idea of the functioning of an economic mechanism for maintaining social security of the state, which has clear links between individual perception and security at the national level (Babiarz et al, 2020).…”
