“…The A10 absolute gravimeter employs a He-Ne polarizationstabilized laser (ML-1) as the length standard, which is determined by two orthogonal polarization laser modes [18]. The frequencies of the lasers should be calibrated regularly because their time drift would result in a non-negligible change in gravity values [19]. Niebauer et al [20], through a long time calibration for the laser, concluded that the laser frequency will change at least at a rate of 1 MHz per year, on average, and drift by approximately 2 µGal per year.…”
