Abstract: RESUMO:O amendoim (Arachis hypogea L.) é uma oleaginosa de grande importância para a produção de óleo, tanto para alimentação humana quanto para a indústria. No Brasil, sua produção é oriunda em maior escala da região Sudeste, seguida pelo Centro Oeste.
