Abstract: Androgen deprivation therapy is a mainstay of advanced prostate cancer (PCa) but the resulting low testosterone levels leave men susceptible to a multitude of adverse effects. These can include vasomotor symptoms, reduced sexual desire and performance, and mood changes.
